Dear all Beware of Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial systems corporation (TMEIC)Is a fake and worrest company then compare to road side companies how it means please read the below points. Ihave selected for TMEIC for Sr. Finance Manager / Sr. Accounts manager & commercial TMEIC requirement I got through mail, They had posted this in naukri on 04.09.18. it is an permanent position, designation Sr. Finanace manager / Sr. Accounts manager. During interview time the Assistant Manager HR Mr. Ananda Tirtha was not communicated with me for below points after slection and finally they have given shock to us. Designation: Sr. Accounts manager commercial but they given in Executive commercial Position: permanent, but in interview they asked me to join contract / probation 6 months after we will permit you based your performance means I Said ok why because i am confident on my work. But he never communicated me that he is going to offer me as an off roll under CEIL HR. Package : consultantcy people and HR was negotiated my ctc 35% to 25% on my current ctc but they are given 12% on my current ctc but the above things are not happened which they have confirmed during the interview, and they communicated me on Friday (05.10.18) at 5 PM, 1 hr before releasing an offer from CEIL HR so I am shocked. Mr.Ananda was asked me for offer acceptance and reporting time on Monday at 9.30, I said ok but I am not happy with the above points means he is speaking with me like under his slave, if you want to come and join or else leave, hence I felt so sad his way of handling of employee negotiation. And Mr. Ananda & HR Manager Mr. NV Narasimhan was saying your small company and they are degrading, (imetating, decreasing our condence levels) Sr. Accounts Executive Finance, but we will give only Executive here if want join or else leave like demanding mode. why Because after that our notice period will close from our previous employer so they are wantedly decreasing our package and all this my experience with tmeic and it not an good capable, is not professional company to pay the salaries to the employees. So compare to this TMEIC at least road side companies are so better than this, so be take care of all if are given notice with this kind of fake companies you will be in trouble, if you want please ask us we share you the offer letter and all detailed proofs.
